Job summary

McKinstry seeks a Program Manager to join our South Technical Services team, guiding building consultants and aligning projects with client needs across the South and MO region.

You will partner with sales to price and present solutions, oversee Technical Services offerings such as Facility Condition Assessments, Preventive Maintenance Planning, and Capital Planning, and drive delivery excellence with a focus on energy efficiency and operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering/STEM degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Highly proficient in facility operations and/or HVAC systems.
• Experience presenting to clients and key decision makers.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents (drawings, specifications, controls sequences).
• Proficient in communication and teamwork internally and externally.
• Experience working with Building Automation Systems preferred.
• Credentials in engineering or building management (PE, FMP, CFM, LEED AP, etc) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and delivery for facilities and energy projects.
• Support Business Development by pricing projects and clarifying scope and risks.
• Provide technical leadership and QA/QC, and mentor junior engineers.
