Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and 15 years of experience with numerical relays and recorders.
• Must have led, mentored and developed a technical team.
• Expert knowledge of system protection, integration, and automation applications.
• Strong understanding of electric power systems, protection philosophies, and relay applications.
• Experience with EMTP, load flow, and short-circuit analyses.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Technical Services function.
• Lead and develop a team of Technical Services Engineers delivering customer support.
• Plan workloads to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain high service standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Support customers through demonstrations, training, and technical consultations.
• Develop technical proposals and supporting materials for products and solutions.
• Travel up to 25% within the US and internationally; onsite in Houston as required.
