- Minimum 5 years of management experience in food or dairy manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical support to plant staff and assists with installation of new equipment and processes.
- Leads and collaborates with engineering and maintenance on capital projects.
- Drives continuous improvement to improve plant equipment efficiency and capacity targets.
- Ensures safety, quality, production, and environmental compliance across sites.
- Acts as a liaison with plant leadership to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
