Job summary

Select Milk Producers, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across our facilities. You will lead PITs and PDCA teams, apply CI methodologies, and coach staff to improve quality, reduce waste, and elevate performance.

You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance to deliver measurable results, manage projects, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, business, or operations management; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong CI methodologies knowledge and willingness to learn CI tools.
• Ability to understand financial impacts of operational changes and implement improvements.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite continuous improvement efforts aligned with operational and financial goals.
• Develop, implement, and sustain CI initiatives to drive efficiency and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Finance, and other teams to identify and execute improvements.
• Coach PITs and PDCA teams; manage CI projects from concept to completion.
• Analyze data, map processes, and drive data-driven decisions.
• Establish and track KPI s and champion change management across the facility.
