Job summary

California Dairies, Inc. (CDI) is seeking a Technical Services Manager II to assist and support our Turlock South manufacturing plant in continuous improvement, innovation, and production efficiency. You will work with plant operations to drive performance gains, safety, and environmental compliance.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 10 years in operations/maintenance, plus 5+ years in management within dairy manufacturing. English proficiency and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Dairy Science, Engineering, or related field with 10 years in operations, engineering, or maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in food or dairy manufacturing.
• Fluent English; written and spoken.
• Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to plant staff.
• Troubleshoot and install new equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to resolve operational issues.
• Improve equipment efficiency and capacity targets.
• Support safety, quality, production, and financial goals; maintain environmental compliance.
• Partner with engineering and maintenance on capital projects.
• Follow safety rules.
• Work in both union and non-union facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
