Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Milk Receiving, Wastewater, Powder, and Processing Plants.
• Review production efficiencies and reports; coordinate with Site Director.
• Ensure safety, GMP, SQF/QA policies are followed.
• Provide training and evaluations for team members.
