Job summary

Ashby, Inc. is hiring its first Manager of Technical Services to lead a growing Professional Services team within Customer Success.

You will oversee Integration Consultants and Technical Solution Consultants, driving scalable delivery of complex Workday integrations and bespoke API solutions. You will define the services strategy, build repeatable playbooks, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Implementation to align capabilities with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, integration services, or technical implementations.
• 3+ years directly managing and scaling a team of technical resources.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise integrations, Workday architecture, APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integration design.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performing team of Integration Consultants and Technical Solution Consultants.
• Create and maintain scalable operational infrastructure for technical services, including capacity planning and delivery processes.
• Act as senior escalation point, guiding team through active integrations and complex API work.
• Shape the technical services strategy and identify opportunities to standardize solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Implementation to align services with business needs.
