Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a site Subject Matter Expert to oversee product processes, statistical monitoring and primary packaging systems. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Supply Chain, and Global Technical Services to drive improvements and regulatory compliance.

You will identify new technologies, develop improved processes for new and existing products, and lead critical investigations with a data-driven, regulatory-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, or Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience with sterile filtration, primary packaging components, and MDCPs is preferred.
• Strong root cause analysis and CAPA development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of scientists and engineers across product processes and packaging.
• Set technical direction, priorities, and allocate resources for investigations and improvements.
• Mentor for complex investigations, deviations, and regulatory-facing issues.
• Own product/technology transfers and lifecycle improvements across products.
