Pfizer is seeking a Technical Services Senior Manager to provide senior technical leadership for technology transfer, product and process improvements, primary packaging, and MDCPs. The primary function of the Technical Services Senior Manager is to provide senior technical leadership for Technology Transfer, Product and Process Improvements, Primary Packaging Components, Medical Device Combination Products (MDCP) and Data Analytics. This role leads a team of scientists and engineers responsible for technology transfer of products and product lifecycle management, packaging component lifecycle management, device-related investigations and changes, data-driven defect trending to ensure robust, compliant, and reliable commercial supply.
The position serves as a site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product processes, statistical process monitoring and primary packaging systems and partners cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Supply Chain, Procurement and Global Technical Services to drive continuous improvement, investigation excellence and regulatory compliance.
This position will identify and evaluate new and innovative technology, identify, and develop improved processes for new and existing products and drive critical investigations.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Limited travel required. Non-standard work hour support of global conference calls, 24/7 manufacturing, etc. required when needed, though not typical of weekly requirements.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $139,100.00 to $231,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
