Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Technical Services Senior Manager to lead technology transfer, product and process improvements, and data analytics across MDCP and primary packaging components. You will mentor a team of scientists and engineers, drive regulatory compliance, and partner with global Technical Services and manufacturing to ensure robust commercial supply.

The role requires strong expertise in statistical trend analysis, CQAs/CPPs, defect investigations, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or Master’s with 5+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience with FDA/global regulations and analytical testing methods.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities for technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for technology transfer and product/process improvements.
• Lead investigations, CAPA, and regulatory-facing issues with data-driven approaches.
• Mentor scientists and engineers and set technical direction for programs.
