Job summary

Scientific Search seeks a technical leader to shape pharmaceutical packaging across complex operations in the Glen Rock, PA area.

You will lead development and qualification of primary and secondary packaging, own specifications and validation protocols, and support IQ/OQ/PQ, FAT/SAT, and start-up activities while guiding a team of engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Packaging Engineering/Science preferred; Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline considered.
• Deep pharmaceutical or regulated-manufacturing packaging expertise.
• Strong command of cGMP, FDA, and 21 CFR 211 requirements.
• Expertise in packaging materials, serialization, and packaging development.
• CPP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and qualification of primary and secondary packaging.
• Own specifications, drawings, validation protocols, and technical documentation.
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, startup, and IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and lead investigations, FMEA, CAPA, and change controls.
• Qualify suppliers/materials and advance serialization and anti-counterfeiting technologies.
• Establish packaging standards, SOPs, and best practices.
