Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field service, airport equipment, industrial maintenance, automation, or related technical environment.
• Experience supervising or leading technical personnel.
• Knowledge of airport regulations and safety standards.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, schedules, resources, and contracts.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, project management, construction management, industrial technology, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field personnel; promote safety-first culture and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and development opportunities.
• Monitor labor utilization, travel costs, project expenses, and budget performance.
• Manage projects from planning through completion and turnover; monitor scope, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, closeout, and customer acceptance; support forecasting and change orders.
