Job summary

Daifuku Airport America Corporation seeks an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee project installations at multiple customer sites. You will plan, organize and control work, supervise subcontractors, and enforce safety and quality standards across projects.

The role requires extensive field experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Ten years of field experience.
• Five years supervising trades employees.
• OSHA safety training (30 hours) preferred.
• Experience with general contracting and conveyor installation.
• Experience with using computers as reporting tools.
• Journeyman tradesman experience in conveyor activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct project installation at customer sites.
• Attend customer meetings and manage customer relations.
• Supervise subcontractors and staff; ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate schedules and long-lead material delivery.
• Prepare reports, budgets and cost analyses for projects.
• Act as primary customer contact and respond to inquiries.
