Job summary

Daifuku Airport America Corporation seeks an experienced Associate Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of airport baggage handling systems. You will work with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, as well as subcontractors, to design, install, and commission solutions for major airports.

Reporting to the Executive Manager of Project Management, you will coordinate deadlines and budgets for multi-year programs, build stakeholder trust, and apply a flexible toolkit to

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent years of work experience in material handling or construction.
• Knowledge of scheduling software, preferably Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Work well under pressure, comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments; can shift between big picture and details.
• Willingness to travel and commit to stakeholders and project team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct progress to meet deadlines and budget goals for multi-year, multi-million dollar baggage handling systems.
• Foster trust and communication among all project stakeholders and team members.
• Apply a broad toolkit to track tasks and adapt approaches to each project.
• Improve business results and capture lessons learned at project completion.
