Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking Technical Services Interns for our Yarmouth, ME office next summer. You will support clients of a high‑tech software company by assisting with IT tickets, software installations, and documentation. You will work closely with IT managers and senior staff for guidance and participate in team meetings.

The internship offers exposure to server hardware, Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL in a real-world setting with hands-on projects and training resources.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of server hardware and networks.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2008/2012).
• Basic knowledge of Windows Active Directory Services.
• Basic knowledge of writing SQL queries.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with closing IT support tickets.
• Assist in developing time efficiency processes and tools.
• Assist with installing software.
• Prepare and modify system/process documentation.
• Research sandbox environments for testing and training.
• Resolve server and software configuration issues in a team.
• Handle inbound support requests from clients.
