Develop and execute the site Technical Services strategy and roadmap.
Lead technology transfer from development to commercialization.
Provide technical leadership for investigations, CAPAs and data-driven decisions.
Drive process optimization, validation, and continued process verification.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, audits, and regulatory inspections.
