You will own project scope, schedule, and outcomes, guiding Technical Specialists and coordinating with executives to ensure quality results.

You will drive resource allocation, performance management, and proactive risk mitigation, while maintaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical or professional services projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance.
• Ability to conduct difficult performance conversations and take decisive action.
• Strong skills in resource planning, utilization, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own the management of Technical Services projects from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate tasks, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery activities.
• Resolve project issues, risks, and blockers.
• Lead performance reviews and development plans for Technical Specialists.
• Ensure scope clarity and alignment with Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Provide visibility into project status, risks, and resource needs.
