Job summary

Global Industrial Company in Buford, GA is seeking a technical service professional to handle customer inquiries by email, chat, or phone, perform troubleshooting for non-functioning equipment, and coordinate replacement parts. You will liaise with service providers and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development and Product Management to resolve issues.

You will travel 10-15% to sites as needed, maintain clear communication, and uphold the company's customer service policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant technical service experience.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and replace equipment.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Competencies and skills

• Bachelor’s degree, Vocational Schooling and/or 1-3 years of relevant experience in a Technical Service role for equipment.
• Knowledge / experience of how to maintain, repair, diagnose and replace equipment and machinery.
• Excellent communication skills, to be able to explain technical problems to customers.
• Excellent time‑management skills, ability to work independently.
• Take ownership of individual assignments.
• 10% - 15% travel.
