As an IT Support Engineer, you will:

• Provide friendly and professional phone and email support, including handling reclamations and recording technical complaints
• Deliver technical troubleshooting support to both customers and field colleagues
• Support customers with remote installations and system configurations
• Manage service orders with a focus on fast turnaround times
• Handle product returns, billing of installation orders, and assist with invoice‑related queries
• Coordinate and schedule field technicians, ensuring clear timelines and efficient planning
• Maintain high‑quality communication with both customers and internal teams

Who We’re Looking For
