Lincoln Electric is seeking a Technical Service Representative to provide comprehensive technical support to customers, vendors, and internal departments. This role is key to delivering a superior customer experience and resolving warranty issues on Lincoln products.

Based in Euclid, OH, the position requires 2+ years in electronics or electrical repair, strong communication, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of electronics or electrical repair experience required.
• 2+ years of prior customer service or technical support experience preferred.
• Bilingual ability preferred, preferably Spanish.
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
• Thorough knowledge of, or the ability to learn about, entire product line.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technology used in the design of new welding machines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer contacts via e-mails, Live Agent Chat and phone to diagnose and repair issues.
• Aid in troubleshooting of machine problems over the phone and on location.
• Provide information about Lincoln Electric’s product offering.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Supply Management and Manufacturing to address warranty problems.
• Deliver a low-effort, complete and satisfactory customer experience.
• Contribute to troubleshooting materials and training for field service personnel and customers.
• May conduct repair training classes for service facilities, distributors and customers.
