You will diagnose and repair operational problems, assist with warranty issues, and collaborate with R&D, QA, and manufacturing to prevent future problems. Travel may be required domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or 5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred for the role.
• Experience in electronics or electrical repair is expected.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer contacts (email, live chat, phone) to diagnose and repair issues and warranty decisions.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine problems over the phone and on site.
• Provide information about our full product offering to customers.
• Work with R&D, QA, Supply Management and Manufacturing to identify and fix warranty problems.
• Deliver a quick, complete, and satisfactory customer experience.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and training materials for Lincoln field service.
• May conduct repair training classes for service facilities, distributors and customers.
• Perform other functions as assigned by Customer Service management.
