Qualifications

• Three years of technical support experience assisting customers, technicians, and internal teams with operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, schematics and technical manuals, diagnostics, and problem solving.
• Ability to use computer/service-management software and knowledge of preventative maintenance and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems.
• Guide customers through repairs or solutions.
• Answer technical issues and service interactions.
• Document issues and service interactions.
• Escalate complex problems to engineering or specialized teams.
• Provide product knowledge and technical training.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and field service teams.
• Explain equipment operation, maintenance and repair procedures.
• Review service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Identify parts needed for repairs and coordinate replacements.
• Escalate complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or software issues.
• Track service cases and document troubleshoot steps and resolutions.
• Work with engineering, manufacturing, warranty and sales teams.
• Train customers and technicians in proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Help identify recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective action.
