Job summary

Curry Supply in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Field Service Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks and Curry Supply equipment at customer sites and field locations in compliance with safety standards.

You will perform warranty and mechanical repairs, write parts orders, test units, and provide accurate service reports. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills, plus willingness to travel for overnight trips.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE certification preferred.
• Associate degree in automotive tech or related field preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, math, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks and Curry Supply equipment at customer sites and field locations.
• Perform warranty and mechanical repairs; write up parts orders for billing.
• Evaluate parts for reusability and cause of failure.
• Visit customer work sites for on-site repairs and test new units as needed.
• Maintain accurate service reports and billing data.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve issues professionally.
• Willing to travel on overnight trips as required.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; participate in required drug/alcohol testing.
• Report information to supervisor and provide data as requested.
