Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• 2 years in technical support of a building material or product preferred.
• Physical strength to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Review architectural blueprints for proper material selection.
• Draft specifications and details for stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documents for industry professionals.
• Conduct seminars for construction professionals.
• Investigate and settle customer service complaints.
• Handle input from sales/field personnel.
• Identify and forward leads to the sales department.
