Air Energy Group in Brockton, MA is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as an ambassador for the company and keep the service department moving toward its objectives. You will answer service calls and emails and schedule service jobs for technicians, working with other coordinators to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years in a mechanical environment.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Military background a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls and emails.
• Resolving customer issues and inquiries
• Creating estimates for maintenance and service repairs
• Scheduling Technicians to complete open work orders.
• Following up on repair part orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
