CCT Environmental is currently hiring a Technical Service Representative to support our rapidly growing environmental waste operations from our Channelview, TX headquarters. This is an in-office technical role for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in hazardous waste management, profiling, pricing, and regulatory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and generate accurate waste profiles for disposal based on analytical data and generator knowledge
• Coordinate with disposal vendors to secure competitive pricing and confirm waste acceptance criteria
• Develop and maintain “paper packs” and waste approval documentation
• Track waste volumes and monitor for applicable volume pricing thresholds

Quoting & Technical Support

• Create timely and accurate waste disposal quotes in coordination with the Sales and Waste Services teams
• Act as a technical resource for sales, operations, and management regarding waste classifications and disposal options
• Assist in vendor selection and onboarding through pricing reviews and site audit coordination

Regulatory & Permitting Support

• Provide internal support for environmental compliance programs including SWPPP, STEERS, and AWS reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting processes in line with federal, state, and local regulations
• Generate weekly inspection forms and support permitting renewals and documentation upkeep

Project Tracking & Administrative Coordination

• Maintain approval tracking logs and database of waste streams and vendor sites
• Ensure documentation is complete, filed properly, and accessible for audits and reporting
• Support technical service and compliance projects during internal expansion or new initiatives
• Communicate with disposal vendors and management to ensure smooth project flow
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Technical Services Manager to support departmental goals
• Provide limited support to Operations & Logistics when needed (e.g., scheduling transportation—not field dispatch)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hazardous waste, environmental compliance, or technical quoting
• Strong knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and applicable waste disposal regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with disposal vendors and TSD facilities a plus
• RCRA/DOT/Hazmat certifications preferred but not required
