Job Description: The Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English) works from home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and the Internet. This role provides customer support and resolves routine problems related to the client's products and services. We accept applications on an ongoing basis.   • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Offer additional products and services
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Open availability
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free home environment
  • Proficiency in multitasking and learning new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Own a desktop or laptop with internet; a work computer may be provided
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
