Job summary

Lincoln, a Welbilt brand, is seeking a Technical Service Specialist in Fort Wayne, IN. You will provide advanced technical support to service technicians, sales teams, and customers, diagnosing and repairing Lincoln ovens and related equipment.

The role requires 5–10 years of field experience, ability to read wiring diagrams, and strong communication. Occasional travel and after-hours on-call are required; on-site work predominates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant technical service or field experience.
• Hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment service issues by phone, email, and onsite when needed.
• Support installation, maintenance, and repair of Lincoln product lines.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings; escalate as required.
