Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Manager for its Orlando operation. You’ll lead the local field team, work in the field, price and win work, and own project profitability.

The role requires NETA certification levels III/IV preferred, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and an associate degree or equivalent experience. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and emergencies is essential; travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• NETA certification, Level III or IV preferred, and willingness to test up a level.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance (breakers, MCCs, relays, switchgear). Military power-production backgrounds welcome.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading crews, and comfort with nights, weekends and emergency work.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the local test crew, and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and give customers practical technical options.
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
• Track job costs so projects meet margin goals.
• Mentor techs and help them move up through NETA levels.
