Top Echelon Software, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a hands‑on Technical Service Manager for its electrical testing division. You will run the local field team, price and win work, and own job profitability while also performing field duties.

Requirements include NETA certification Level III or IV preferred, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, an associate degree or equivalent, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime.

Qualificações

• NETA certification at Level III or IV preferred and willingness to advance.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance (breakers, MCCs, relays, switchgear).
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading crews and willingness for night, weekend and emergency work.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule the local test crew and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and give customers practical technical options.
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
• Track job costs so projects meet margin goals.
• Mentor techs and help them move up through NETA levels.
