Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Manager for its electrical testing division. You will run the local field team day-to-day, still work in the field, price and win work, and own job profitability.

This role requires NETA certification (Level III or IV preferred), 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and a valid driver's license. You’ll lead crews, handle nights and overtime, and coordinate with branches to deliver safe, quality

Qualifications

• NETA certification Level III or IV preferred, willingness to test up a level.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance (breakers, MCCs, relays, switchgear). Military power-production backgrounds are welcome (Army Prime Power, USAF EPP, Navy).
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading crews, and comfort with nights, weekends and emergency work.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
