Job summary

OilQuick AB is seeking a Service Manager to support customers with exceptional technical service for our hydraulic products. You will be the primary liaison among customers, field service, inside/outside sales, engineering, and operations.

The role emphasizes leading field service, coordinating service activities, and driving product improvements through customer feedback, with training responsibilities and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associates' Degree, Hydraulic Certification or minimum of 5 years' experience with hydraulic mobile heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic tools in the demolition, recycling, and construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical point person for field service and customers.
• Provide technical assistance for incoming service calls.
• Coordinate Field Service Calendar and communicate updates to customers and team members.
• Document issues in the Service Database and oversee warranty processing.
