A leading company in dental technology seeks a Technical Service Manager responsible for managing the Technical Service Team. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CLASS: The Technical Service Manager is an integral member of the Technical and Service Teams. This individual will represent Preat Corporation to dental industry and health care professionals, thought leaders including Key Opinion Leaders, Academia-Dental Schools, Strategic Dental accounts, and Industry Associations.
This is a leadership position that will be responsible for managing the Technical Service Team and use dental technology experience to advise and support the commercial and service teams of Preat Corporation. This role will also be responsible for internal technical training of Preat Teams, creating supporting educational and product content for Marketing Team, and providing continuing education to Dental Laboratory Technicians, Clinicians, and Clinical Team Members. This position reports to the General Manager – Preat Corporation.

Working Conditions
Office environment and occasional exposure to manufacturing plant environment, with some abnormal variations in temperature, unavoidable fumes, noise, dust and atmospheric conditions.
Must be able to travel a minimum of 50% of the time.
Pay Range: $X - $X.
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.
