Job summary

Titan Electronics, a division of Marksman Titan Security Group, seeks an experienced Security and CCTV System Installer/Technician to service and configure enterprise level Access Control systems, IP CCTV, and related security hardware.

Travel to customer sites in the Chicagoland area and surrounding regions; diagnose, repair, and train client personnel as needed; a technical degree and ability to obtain a valid PERC are required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Technical Degree.
• Experience installing Access Control systems.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Service and configure Enterprise Level Access Control Systems, IP CCTV Systems, and related security hardware.
• Travel to customer sites for installations and service in the local region.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and configurations.
• Interface with customer personnel, providing training as needed.
• Troubleshoot with the manufacturer's technical support.
