Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Technical Service Engineer Intern to support customers and internal teams by providing technical assistance and troubleshooting product-related issues. The role offers hands-on experience with engineering, quality, and customer-facing teams to resolve challenges and improve product performance.

Responsibilities include assisting with problem resolution, data collection and analysis, documentation, and collaboration across departments to drive corrective actions

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, material science, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering software tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues related to products, equipment, and applications.
• Support the investigation of product performance concerns by collecting, analyzing, and documenting technical data.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, service reports, product specifications, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
• Participate in product testing, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer experience.
