MyAdvice is seeking a Technical Search Team Lead to oversee our technical SEO function. This hands-on leadership role combines strategy with execution, guiding a team, improving workflows, and steering client conversations.

You will manage offshore workflows, monitor results across client campaigns, and ensure high standards while exploring AI-enabled improvements. You will mentor teammates, collaborate with the Search Manager on content input, and drive SEO best practices across multiple

Qualifications

5+ years of technical SEO experience, including strategy and hands-on implementation.
Experience mentoring SEO team members.
Strong knowledge of crawlability, indexation, site structure, schema, tracking, and site performance.
Experience managing technical SEO work across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

Lead technical SEO work across a portfolio of client accounts.
Join client calls to discuss reporting, expected results, and technical strategy.
Manage technical SEO work for new and existing clients.
Oversee onboarding, analytics setup, and tracking setup for new clients.
Monitor campaign performance (traffic, rankings, leads, conversions).
Track search algorithm changes and AI impact on search.
Help the team adopt AI-supported workflows in technical SEO.
