MyAdvice is seeking a Technical Search Team Lead to steer our technical SEO function. This hands‑on leadership role balances strategy with guidance of a team, improving workflows and client discussions.

You will oversee technical search across client portfolios, manage offshore workflows, support strategy calls, and track performance while adapting to AI‑driven changes. Reports to the Search Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical SEO experience, including strategy and hands‑on implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO work across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Join client calls to discuss reporting, expected results, and technical strategy.
• Manage technical SEO work for new and existing clients.
• Oversee onboarding, including postlaunch optimization, analytics setup, and tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance: traffic, rankings, leads, conversions.
• Track search algorithm changes, industry trends, and AI impact on search.
• Help the team adopt AI-supported workflows in SEO work.
