Job summary

MyAdvice is seeking a Technical Search Team Lead to steer our technical SEO function and lead a team across client accounts. This hands-on leadership role balances strategy, execution, and client conversations, with emphasis on AI-enabled SEO workflows.

You will oversee onboarding, analytics setups, and ongoing optimization, while guiding offshore workflows and improving team processes for better outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical SEO experience with hands-on implementation.
Experience leading or mentoring SEO team members.
Strong English communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead technical SEO work across a portfolio of client accounts.
Join client calls to discuss reporting, expected results, and technical strategy.
Oversee new client onboarding, including post-launch optimization, analytics setup, and tracking setup.
Monitor campaign performance, including traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
Track search algorithm changes, industry trends, and the impact of AI on search.
Help the team adopt better AI-supported workflows in technical SEO.
