Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in EdTech, higher education, academic delivery, program management or technology-focused learning.
• Experience in B.Tech, technology, professional or emerging skills programs with academic planning, curriculum design, assessment frameworks, and delivery.
• Proven stakeholder management across universities, faculty, SMEs, industry partners, and external academic partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end academic and program delivery for B.Tech and technology programs for emerging professionals.
• Design, review, and enhance curriculum, learning outcomes, assessments, projects, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with SMEs, faculty, instructional designers, and partners to deliver high-quality technology programs.
• Drive learner engagement and outcomes while improving learner performance, NPS, completion rates and overall experience.
• Manage academic and external stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and staying updated on EdTech trends.
