Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Manager – Technical Delivery to oversee the academic delivery of B.Tech and technology programs across digital and blended formats. The role coordinates with faculty, SMEs, instructional designers, university partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely, and industry-aligned program delivery.

The candidate will lead end-to-end program creation, ensure learning outcomes meet standards, monitor engagement, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 8+ years in EdTech, higher education, academic delivery, or program management
• Experience in B.Tech and technology programs
• Strong exposure to curriculum delivery and assessments
• Proven stakeholder management with faculty, SMEs, universities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience with digital/blended learning and EdTech/LMS
• Preferred AI/ML/GenAI certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creation and delivery of B.Tech and technology programs.
• Coordinate with faculty, SMEs, university partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure curriculum, assessments, and learning outcomes meet standards.
• Monitor learner engagement, performance, completion, NPS.
• Drive quality and adherence to academic processes across cohorts.
• Manage stakeholder communication, timelines, and dependencies.
• Support continuous improvement via learner feedback and data.
• Stay updated on EdTech trends and digital pedagogy.
