Job summary

Vibrint seeks a skilled Scrum Master to guide Agile software teams in a cleared environment, removing impediments and driving delivery momentum. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams and Product Owners, and use metrics to improve performance.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in Scrum Master roles, TS/SCI with polygraph, and certifications such as CSM/PSM/SSM. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, high school diploma accepted.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Scrum Master experience in a cleared environment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum principles.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED acceptable.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I+), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize work.
• Track Agile metrics and use data to improve team performance.
• Coach teams to sustain delivery momentum and continuous improvement.
• Support distributed and cross-functional Agile teams across stakeholders.
