Job summary

APR Consulting, Inc. seeks a Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile execution for highly technical defense programs in the Pittsburgh area. You will facilitate ceremonies, drive Agile maturity, and coordinate across hardware, firmware, and software teams to align with program objectives and delivery schedules.

You will develop plans, track progress, and provide data-driven status updates to leadership. Requires DoD-eligible security clearance and US citizenship; onsite schedule with first shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related technical discipline plus 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proven technical background across hardware, firmware, and software environments
• Strong experience leading Agile teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Experience implementing Agile methodologies within engineering organizations
• Knowledge of Agile planning, execution, metrics, backlog management, and team performance tracking
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support program and engineering decision-making
• Proficiency with data reporting and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar dashboarding platforms
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance
