• Project Delivery: Guide the team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery, removing obstacles that may impede progress.
• Technical Support: Provide guidance to development teams, understanding technical challenges, and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, timelines, and any challenges faced by the team.
• Backlog Refinement: Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog, aligning team efforts with project goals.

• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
