Job summary

Talantir is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile methodologies, guide cross-functional teams, and drive successful project delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, remove impediments, mentor teams, and collaborate with Product Owners to clarify goals and backlogs while tracking progress for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• CSM/PSM certification desired.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team’s Scrum facilitator and Agile coach, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Guide the team in self-organization and foster a collaborative environment to enhance project performance and efficiencies.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team’s productivity, facilitate resolution of conflicts, and nurture team dynamics.
• Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring maximum team engagement and productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure clarity and understanding of product goals and deliverables.
• Track, manage, and communicate team progress, performance, and project metrics to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team by encouraging an Agile mindset and adopting new technologies, processes, and methodologies where appropriate.
• Act as a change agent to drive organizational and process improvements using Agile best practices and principles.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar is advantageous.
