Job summary

MedRisk is seeking a Technical Scrum Leader to drive agile delivery across one or more Scrum teams. You will bridge Product Managers, BAs, and engineers, running effective ceremonies and ensuring backlog readiness while removing blockers to maintain velocity.

You will partner with engineering leads to surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in business terms and drive high-quality, predictable delivery in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years as Scrum Master/lead or technical delivery lead.
• Experience with software development practices and cloud environments.
• Proficient in agile tooling and facilitating ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure ceremonies are time-boxed, effective, and action-oriented.
• Maintain backlog readiness with Product Owners and BAs.
• Resolve competing directives and unblock delivery.
• Surface technical risks and dependencies to leadership.
