Job summary

Balluff is seeking December and recent grads for a 12-month Sales Trainee Engagement Program (STEP) starting January 2027. You will rotate through technical sales support, operations, and sales training, then transition into a Sales Engineer role in the Minneapolis area.

Candidates should have engineering, business, or technical degrees, up to 1–2 years post-education experience, and be willing to relocate to Florence, KY/Cincinnati for 12 months before moving to Minneapolis.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a technical discipline.
• Up to 1–2 years of post-education experience.
• Ability and willingness to relocate twice (training then territory).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through core functions in sales, support, and operations.
• Learn how products work by solving real customer applications.
• Participate in structured product and sales training programs.
• Travel with and shadow experienced Sales Engineers.
