Job summary

Sartorius North America is seeking an Application Specialist for Lab Filtration and Microbiology in the Central US. The role supports customers with technical demonstrations, trials, and thorough post‑sales assistance, collaborating with Central Sales to drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of technical sales or customer-facing experience in a scientific/technical environment.
Strong handson technical capability including demos, trials and evaluations.

Responsibilities

Identify expanding business opportunities with Central Sales and account management.
Plan, execute, and manage technical demos and trials to validate customer fit.
Drive deal progression by promoting product/service portfolio and addressing objections.
Shape proposals and commercial offers with Central Sales for deal closure.
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure adoption and revenue.
Capture Voice-of-Customer insights to influence product portfolio and sales enablement.
