Job summary

Vibration Research is seeking a Technical Sales Associate to resolve customer issues and support the sales team. You will help provide technical insights, prepare proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers growth as you learn and promote VR products across the country.

Ideal candidates have a technical background, strong communication, and a passion for solving problems. A customer-focused mindset and proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Engineering, IT or Similar technical background preferred.
• Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Strong interest in the technical aspects of our products and ability to learn.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem solving and ownership of issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails and phone calls addressing technical issues quickly.
• Manage service requests end-to-end and close issues with timely follow-up.
• Assist with proposals, cost estimates and quotes for customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to translate customer needs to the VR team.
• Track and report customer requests and product feature feedback.
• Document hardware/software issues for history and revisions.
• Relay pertinent customer information to the sales team.
• Support application engineers on calls with current and future customers.
