Who You Are

You relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geographies, understanding interpersonal and group dynamics and engaging effectively. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information and readily distinguish between what’s relevant and what’s unimportant to efficiently define sophisticated problems accurately before moving to solutions. You maintain a positive demeanor and forward-thinking approach.

Minimum Qualifications
  • BA, MS, or Ph.D. Degree in Engineering or Science discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 - 5 years of customer-facing, instrumentation sales, or related industry sales experience.
  • Must have the technical ability to learn our products, applications, and services.
  • Proven experience in cross-selling, and competence in various sales activities - lead generation, sales negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office, and familiar with CRM platforms.
  • Customer-focused with a fast, accurate response to customer questions and needs.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and lift (up to 50 lbs.) heavy equipment for field demonstrations.
  • Ability to travel at any time, customer base.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record are required.
Other Preferred Essentials
  • Viscometry or Rheometry background and experience are a strong plus!
  • Experience and ability to speak in public.
