High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and can work independently without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money out of desperation
• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to make sales
• Agents who require hand-holding every step of the way
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to add more agents to our team.
